Oriakhi LLC is a full service company specializing in the repair and maintenance of residential properties. Our service area includes multiple counties in New York. We provide the following services: board ups, debris removal, winterization, landscaping, evictions, property inspections and minor HVAC/plumbing.

Oriakhi LLC is the brainchild of Leroy Oriakhi. We created this entity as a way to improve our local communities and to fulfill our life’s dream of owning our own business. Our goal is to provide best in class service to all of our clients.
Subcontractor Registration
Oriakhi LLC is always looking for qualified contractors to add to our team.
Requirements:
1) Must have a valid ABC number or be willing to obtain.
2) Must be 18 years of age or older.
3) Must have reliable transportation.
4) Must have basic tools for the job: knob locks, deadbolt locks, contractor keys etc.
The following items aren’t required but are highly recommended:
1. General liability with at least $1 million in coverage.
2. Errors and omissions insurance with at least $1 million in coverage.
3. Worker’s compensation insurance with at least $500K in coverage.
4. Proficiency in utilizing PPW or Pruvan.
